In the 21st Century, with the development of the Chinese economics and growing income of the residents, the demands of various types of commercial products are increasing strongly. And with the development of information technology, e-commerce model gradually been known and widely Used. People are no longer satisfied with the only traditional shopping method. A variety of new consumption models are appearance and becoming popular: TV shopping, online shopping, mobile shopping and catalog shopping. These new models offer the new platforms to the majority of customers with more convenient services and more affordable products. All these new retail models are welcomed by customers.Home shopping model comes from three main new retail models: TV shopping, online shopping and catalog shopping. All of the three retail channels combined to sell the products and are supplemented by mobile phone message which delivery information, customers can stay at home to understand the performance of the required products, prices and the method of usage, and then they can make the decision to direct purchase at home. The company will then organize the delivery to the customers. Under this new model, the customers can enjoy easy, convenient and happy home shopping. Home shopping model simplify the traditional retail business process by eliminating the middle processes and brokers and directly corporate with the manufacturers. At the same time, new model, compared with the traditional model, can get faster feedback from customers on products. Because of this new model is different with the traditional retail model in the supply chain, suppliers, product selection, stock management and after-sales service, it has new requirement in all the aspect of the model. It is very important to re-adjust and re-organize the traditional supply chain to fit for the needs of new sales model.This article will analysis existing sales model and supply chain management practice, by using OCJ-homeshopping as an example, and compare the difference between the traditional and new sales mode. And then, do the systematic analyze and research for the current supply chain management. This essay will use the basic theory of modern supply chain management and the methods and ways from the supply management of E-business. It will also use the real practices of the developed homeshopping model in the foreign countries as consideration to find the unsuitable processes in the traditional supply chain management and raise the new model to fit for the new business model. It will resolve the limitation of development of the new business model under the current supply chain management and propose the practical new type of integration and improvement program for the supplier chain.As an important part of supply chain integration, supplier management is very important to the supply chain management. In order to enhance the supplier' s management, to maintenance of the good cooperation relationship between retailers and suppliers, and to improve the operation of the suppliers, it is necessary to have the evaluate system to evaluate the cooperation of suppliers. Then based on the result of the evaluation of suppliers, retailers can classify the different levels of the suppliers and to take different measures to deal with.Hoping this article can help the domestic homeshopping business which is at the early stage, to have some guidance and reference in supply chain management.
