| Resource intensive and environment polluting development pattern has led to serious social, economic and environmental problems, and already restricted our country’s sustainable development. Research on the interaction relationship between economic development and ecology of our country’s industry ecology economy system, space distribution, evolution laws, the key influence factors and industrial layout optimization problem based on resources endowment, will optimize the industrial ecological economy system. All of these research has important theoretical significance and application value in sustainable development.On the basis of defining the connotation of industry ecosystem, the paper analyzes the present situation of industry layout, resources endowment, the relationship between economic development and ecology, and industry layout optimization based on eco-economic interactions of different phases. The present situation of industry layout is analyzed mainly from three aspects of the advantage industry, industrial isostructuralism and industrial association. Economic and social resources endowment is analyzed from three aspects of labor resources advantage, capital and technology advantages.The results showed that the rest provinces’superior industry mainly concentrated in the industrial sector except Shanghai and Beijing. Several provinces in central and western regions appear the obvious industrial structure isomorphism phenomenon. Economic and social resources from the eastern, central to western occurs gradually decreasing trends. Compared to the eastern region and central region, the natural resource endowment advantage of western region is obvious.Firstly, research on the interaction relationship between economy and ecology.ecology economy system performance evaluation index system is build from two dimensions of industrial economic development and ecological industry based on the theory of PSR framework.On the basis of them, the relationship between ecology and economy is researched by EKC theory.The results show that:the relationship between ecology and economy has six kinds of typical model, respectively are U, inverted U, N, inverted N, M and W. With the improvement of economic development, the dynamic evolution rule of relationship between ecology and economy transforms from type M to type N and inverted N, and then to type U, finally to inverted U. In different stages of economic development, the key influence factors of eco-ecology interaction relationship is different.The mutual relationship between ecology and economy and resource endowment determine eco-economic system layout optimization problems. According to the different stage of interaction relations, industry layout multi-objective programming model is respectively established. The interactions between ecology and economy is divided into positive interaction stages and disorder stages. Positive interaction stages means that ecology improves with the development of economy and the industry layout optimization problem can be transferred into multi-objective programming model of maximizing economic benefits under the condition of resources and environment restrains. Disorder stages means that ecology deteriorates with the development of economy and the industry layout optimization problem can be transferred into multi-objective programming model of minimizing resources and environment benefits under the condition of economy restrains.On the basis of multi-objective programming results, industry group selection index system is builded from the industry economic characteristics and technical characteristics and using the Weaver-Thomas model to identifying regional advantage industry group. Selecting Beijing, Guangdong and Shanxi as typical areas for case analysis. Finally, the paper puts forward optimal resource allocation scheme to support clusters of advantage industry development. |
