With the advent of Web2.0 era,social media have sprung up. At the same time, social media and e-commerce continues to combine to form a new e-commerce model Social Commerce.With the innovation of e-business model,while the laws and regulations of the e-commerce market has become increasingly perfect, but there are a lot of loopholes and defects. Under the e-commerce environment, this thesis points out some existing problems, and analyzes the main causes of these problems. For these reasons, starting from some applications of providing information consulting services and some third-party platforms on the market,the thesis analyzes the limitations of its business models. In order to effectively solve these issues, and to maximize the consumer convenience,combining with the existing business models and integrating some new service, this thesis innovative proposed the third-party information consulting services, and built on the third-party information consulting services social e-commerce model.Firstly, in terms of the profit model of third-party information consulting services model, the thesis points out the value that this model can create for the users and its good development prospect.Then from the perspective of Information Economics and Consumer Behavior, the thesis use game theory to analyze the role of this mode in the process of game between the seller and the buyer. Finally, from the perspective of differentiation, the introduction of the principal-agent theory and social network competitive intelligence system are introduced to the thesis, and so the future business expansion direction of the model is proposed. And then from the perspective of third-party to provide information consultation service and the government,the thesis put forward some development suggestions.Through research it can be concluded, the social commerce model based on third-party information consulting services can create new value for the customers, can effectively solve the problems caused by information asymmetry, build a healthy online shopping environment, enhance consumer confidence to the merchant, and increase the probability of successful trading between buyers and sellers, so it can bring more benefits to the involved parties to achieve win-win situation.
