In recent years, food safety, labor disputes, environmental pollution and other problems have become more and more serious, academia gradually realize the urgency and necessity of corporate social responsibility, but also notice the corporate social responsibility will inevitably consume resources, increase costs. As a result, If corporate social responsibility can be transformed into corporate competitiveness should be further verified, this subject has important theoretical significance and practical significance.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate competitiveness. First of all, by collecting data, in this paper,the concept and evaluation of corporate social responsibility and corporate competitiveness were summarized, such as combing the mechanism of the influence of corporate social responsibility to the corporate competitiveness, and proposed the hypothesis of this paper from the perspective of stakeholders; Next, combining the reality of our country, the paper designed indicators for corporate social responsibility and corporate competitiveness, and through correlation research, regression research and ANOVA research of the quantitative relationship between them is verified.In this paper, Taking the 68 real estate listed companies on the Shanghai stock exchange trading from 2008 to 2012 as samples, the following empirical results were obtained: corporate social responsibility helps to enhance corporate competitiveness; For shareholders, government, corporate social responsibility helps to enhance enterprise competitiveness; For employees, creditors and suppliers, the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate competitiveness has not been verified; The current corporate social responsibility can help enhance the late corporate competitiveness;Enterprise scale and enterprise nature have a significant impact on corporate social responsibility.
