Since 1980 s, coastal tourism has become the main development of the tourism industry in China, has been in a high growth rate. The purpose of this study is to play the role positioning and to investigate the effect of different governance subjects in the governance of Dayawan coastal tourism area, analyzes the status quo of governance characteristics and the existing problems, and put forward some suggestions to improve the governance structure of Dayawan the coastal tourist area. This comparative study through the use of literature research, and the functions of the government department staff and villagers and tourists interview, on-the-spot investigation and research, the use of governance theory, combined with the actual situation of Dayawan coastal tourism zone, and analyze the characteristics of Dayawan coastal tourism current governance, points out the existing problems and reasons of governance Dayawan coastal tourist areas in the surrounding areas. At the same time reference such as Green Bay Resort, Zhuhai city hall, Hailing Island Cape Bay Tourist Area of coastal tourism management experience and enlightenment, puts forward five suggestions for the of Daya Bay coastal tourist areas of Governance: one is established in Daya Bay coastal tourism management services, establish co governance mechanism; second is the scientific positioning, planning reasonable Daya Bay coastal tourist areas; third is the diversification of governance, the introduction of large enterprises to participate in governance; business investment, improve infrastructure and supporting facilities; fifth, the development of local villagers support system, actively guide the villagers to participate in the development of scenic spots.
