Study On The Renovation Of Rural Historic Building Under The Background Of Leisure Tourism

Rural leisure tourism has become the trend of future tourism and an important way for rural activation. It is one of the ways to protect rural material and non-material heritage sites. Rural leisure tourism has attracted the attention of the government and social people, with more and more architects dedicated to it. Rural leisure tourism brings popularity to the country, together with new ideas and industry, promoting the simultaneous development of the primary industry, secondary industry and the tertiary industry of the agricultural industry. Rural old buildings make proper transformation based on the present age. Let the rural old buildings fit new function use.Rural leisure tourism in Jiangsu and zhejiang area started earlier than most provinces of China, is now playing the leading role in China. Most Cases of the author’s investigation are from Jiangsu and zhejiang area. The author thinks that the rural tourism planning, detailed planning, architectural design should be united together. Rural reconstruction of the old buildings in the development of rural tourism, is an indispensable part. This article aims to study means to endow rural old buildings with tourism function, under the background of the development of rural leisure tourism. The author will use compound method of research,including the literature research,case studies,theoretical research and interdisciplinary research,then expound the old architecture reconstruction strategy and specific methods to deal with the consistency of the tourism functional requirements and needs.This article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction expounds the background and the research content, research purpose and meaning, the summary of the development of domestic and foreign relevant research and practice situation and the formulated research framework and method. The second chapter is about the rural tourism development pattern in recent years, with the pattern of domestic rural tourism explained, and the evaluation and value of tourism resources by architects. The third chapter discusses the rural old building location, orientation and overall reform strategy. The fourth chapter studies the specific methods of reforming the old buildings, under the background of rural leisure tourism renovation. The last part is summary and outlook.Rural old building reconstruction, based on the use of people and usage mode, have different requirements of space form. There are different ways of building atmosphere based on the traditional culture and local memories of life. Different approaches to deal with the relationship between environment and old buildings have been proposed, based on the construction status and the surrounding environment. In a word, we must take full consideration of the ground, history and culture for rural building reconstruction.
