| This article consists of two parts, cases and case studies.The authors describe a case part such cases: Tetra Pak(Foshan) plant is one of Tetra Pak’s packaging material factory in China, faced with insufficient capacity. This is because in recent years, due to the rapid development of consumer goods industry, and more and more people pay attention to health, per capita consumption of dairy products is rapidly increasing, especially in the domestic dairy manufacturers, such as the rapid development of Mengniu, Yili, and more to promote the industry the rapid market expansion. For the Foshan plant, the amount of orders is more and more demand, but due to the efficiency of production and processing equipment can not be further improved, making delivery of orders is often prolonged, a sharp decline in quality. These all affect the guests satisfaction factory. Foshan factory production capacity can not meet the needs of the guests to order a great need to further expand production capacity.On the part of case analysis, elaborated the theory of management of TPM, WCM management system, set up the goal to improve the efficiency of production equipment, management system by WCM application, the application of different pillars, which combines value stream analysis, project management, Total quality management, 5WHY analysis, process analysis tools such as flow from the value of Tetra Pak proposed improvement measures. Machine efficiency, improve production efficiency by using a team approach to improve the productivity of the machine. Through these improvements, removed or compressed non-value added activities, reduce the seven major waste wasted extra step, so that the whole production operation has basically reached the continuous flow, improve communication and resolve production problems efficiency, the original average of 14 days the production period is shortened to seven days, and achieved some success. On the factory as a competent composite step in this project to improve the efficiency of the plant is the main facilitator, responsible for the implementation and supervision of the various operations. And is responsible for communication work and headquarters.Looking ahead, the liquid consumer products companies customer supplier requirements will be more stringent, requiring providers of packaging materials have better production flexibility, lower operating costs and faster in order to remain competitive in the not lost land, WCM management system will play an increasingly important role. |
