It is the soul of corporate life and an important part of corporate core competitiveness.Now enterprise, facing the age replacement and market demand, requests the enterprise always keep the rhythm of change management to replacement of response to the market trend,and corporate culture innovation is enterprises to maintain a change of thinking and make change to maintain and grounded in good soil.Liby Group that I work for is the leader of daily chemical enterprises in China, the turnover of which is tens of billions. It has gained lots of remarkable achievements. What’s more, it is the competitor against P&G every year. As its corporate culture developing for 21 years, the corporate performance is raising stably. But recently, because it is a private enterprise and a family firm run by Chaoshan businessman, there are more and more problems in long-term development, such as bureaucracy,bad execution and terrible responsibility. I have been working in Liby Group for 5years. As a public relation manager and corporate culture lecturer, I just experienced the critical period of enterprise transformation. It is the key time that the enterprise has developed for 20 years and the era of big data is coming. I think the corporate culture is facing numerous changes.This paper uses many methods such as Questionnaire survey, Statistical analysis, Case analysis, and Literature research based on theory research of corporate culture. It starts from the importance of corporate culture to private enterprises combined with the characteristics of the family private enterprises. What’s more, I analyzed the problems existed and ways to change about private enterprise culture combined with rich experience which is taking part in corporate culture building by myself, and then I came up with a transformation programme, hoping to improve the business management concept, the strategic management level of enterprises and competitiveness and achieve the future ‘Liby for one hundred years, famous brand for the world’by revolution of corporate culture.In this paper, I used study of famous corporate culture revolution in China hoping to help Chinese enterprises and their culture develop healthily. |
