Performance evaluation of human resource management as an important content, the essence is for human resources development and utilization to provide better information,provide the basis for recruitment, promotion, demotion, rewards and punishments, such as decision-making. Matching.On the basis of, from the performance evaluation target, principles, weight, evaluation index system put forward strategies of company performance evaluation and optimization,and design a new evaluation scheme, in the specific performance optimization scheme,from the overall benefit distribution function post and post production put forward countermeasures and suggestions. Through the implementation of to verify the feasibility of the new scheme, also through this evaluation, employees of a company changes the original understanding of the performance evaluation, began to realize the evaluation to enterprises and employees to bring double benefits.
