Network security industry is generated and accompanied by the wide application of the Internet and the rapid development of information technology, in the subsequent development, network security companies are making a very fast progress, the early realization of technical barriers through the source code has been compromised, the differences between enterprises product and price is very limited, products "homogeneity" to "customer" has become the focus of enterprise competition, development dilemma and the internal and external environment change, in order to establish a brand image and highlight the core competitiveness of enterprises, the "customers first" management ideas are becoming the direction of enterprises development. Customer service is the most direct impact on customer experience and customer satisfaction, we must improve the service quality through improving the performance of the overall level of service quality, this paper uses scientific quality management methods and tools to help network security companies to improve service standards and rationalization, to reach or exceed customer expectations.This paper first explains the background, the traditional performance management has been unable to meet the enterprise in the fierce competition in the industry to meet the opportunities and challenges in network security, the performance of the traditional methods tend to deviate from the enterprise strategy and customer requirements, so we must redesign the scientific method of performance management, thus the performance of the quality management methods of innovative, modern classical quality management theory into the traditional performance management, to meet customer requirements of the oriented DMAIC model with the quality management theory of 6 Sigma tools, mainly combined with the direction of the performance management, improve the performance quality of customer service, to meet customer requirements and create sustainable development for the company.
