Research On Equipment Management Of UU Company

The equipment management is an important part of enterprise management and a good equipment management is an important guarantee for enterprise’s safe production and improvement of economic performance. Equipment is an important part of enterprise capital. The management quality directly determines the survival and development of enterprises. Therefore, equipment management has become an indispensable part of modern enterprise management.Petrochemical enterprise production equipment is huge and the production process is very complex, so it puts forward higher demands on the management of petrochemical equipment. UU Company has accumulated a lot of equipment management experience in the development. But facing the increasingly fierce competition in the market, how to give full play to its efficiency, increase productivity by better management is an important problem in the development of the UU Company. According to the theory and method of equipment management in modern enterprises this paper from the actual situation of UU Company, explores UU Company equipment management style and has important significance for the development of the company.This paper firstly gives an explanation on related theory of equipment management, and then carries out an analysis on current equipment management situation of UU Corporation and finds out the problems existing in corporate equipment management, and finally proposes improvement suggestions about corporate equipment management with respect to problems existing in equipment management of UU Company based on modern equipment management theory.
