So, the country increasingly realize the importance of project risk management, many experts and scholars began to specialize in project risk management research and obtained achievement, provides a lot of experiences for later generations.In this paper, using private capital in the country under the background of development of infrastructure construction, combined with risk management related theory,based on local conditions, the principle of seeking truth from facts, etc, the risk management of the academic achievements of scientific and reasonable applied to daleng highway project risk management research. According to collect, sort out the project background, adopts the quantitative and qualitative analysis, hierarchical analysis method to research the train of thought, the thorough analysis and research of the project risk management problems.This article first to the selected topic background, research significance, domestic and foreign research present situation and methods of risk management, then made a summary of basic theory, introduced the daleng highway project general situation, analyses the characteristics of the project, provide the basis for the following research and guidance.With methods of literature research, expert investigation, in combination with the practical situation of the project, to preliminary identification of project risks, provides a reference index for below risk assessment work.Secondly, based on the above risk identification, risk index with analytic hierarchy process(ahp) to select and sorting, calculate the weight of each risk index hierarchy set,then build the project risk evaluation index system, using qualitative and quantitative analysis method to evaluate project risk and make objective evaluation.Finally, reference as the risk identification and risk assessment results, pointedly according to the degree of risk source strength and risk classification and systematicanalysis, scientific use of risk response to the commonly used method of this project risk response to instructional Suggestions, to reduce the risk of the project, set up the project risk management system, further strengthen the management of project risk, provide the basis for investors to improve the ability of the project risk management and security.
