| Land is the base of human being’s living and development, and the valuable resources as well, which keeps the social economy continuously developed. With the development of natural environment and social economy, the population enlarges with industrialization and urbanization. Contradiction between land supply-demand relationships has become sharpen.Xiangpu Railway’s operation and two high speed station in Nancheng County and Nanfeng County has been built marks the ends of history of Fuzhou not getting through artery railway. With this, Fuzhou City has become the nearest city to the sea in Jiangxi Province. This important event has created active influence on land use in the city.Based on social economy driving force, the thesis made researches on the Xiangpu Railway’s influential effect to the city’s population development, urbanization, economy increase, consumption level, industrial structure and investment etc.. It used SPSS to analyze relationships between the factors and land use. The thesis also selected 10 sample cities in Jiangxi and Hubei Pro respectively, which has similar geological location and economic development with Fuzhou City, to estimate how Xiangpu Railway would affect Fuzhou land use with the influence of same economic index to region development and principle components regression analysis.A clear conclusion has been goy through qualitative and quantitative analysis and contrast with the index data set by Jiangxi local government, the present situation in Fuzhou land utilization is agricultural land proportion decreased, especially the agricultural acreage, whereas, land for construction increased, therefore, the contradiction between human and land become obvious for lacking of land reserves.With the contradiction, the thesis offered several solutions to coordinate the railway operation and land use from the aspects of thoughts, technical support, scientific management, structural optimization, intensive land use and cultivated land protection. |
