Innovation is the eternal power to promote economic development, from the uncertainty of the high-risk characteristics can bring high returns, the effective management of innovation risk, can greatly improve the success rate of innovative business. This risk management not only requires the innovation management skills but also need more companies in the standardized management of institutional risk. The T company is a rapid development of entrepreneurial companies in the TMT industry. While in the growing stage, the T company is also facing many challenges in the management. Especially with the increase of the number and complexity of projects, the project risk in the implementation process becomes an increasingly important issue. There are many sources of risk. TMT industry is a recognized high-risk, high-yield industry. It is an important part of the development of the T company that how to control their own risks.Through scientific management of the company’s projects,controlling of the entire process of risk analysis and each of the major risk characteristics can reduce the degree of probability of risk occurrence and risk loss.It will build the company’s overall risk management planning with the T company as a high-tech-based SMEs, and focus on enterprise risk management process and risk control methods, analysis of the new business risks and their probability of occurrence. The managers can carry out the right risk decisions and effective prevention and management through a series of effective measures to reduce business risk.
