This thesis first figure out the cause of the dead loop when Space enterprises carrying out the civil business, by summarizing the experience of similar history. To grasp the good opportunity of the booming new energy industry, a new company focusing on the power lithium battery was established. On the basis of such company, macro analysis of Li-ion battery industry was carried out, as well as the upper stream, middle stream, and downstream of the power lithium battery industry chain, with Michael Porter’s “Five Forces” model.
