Today the high oil prices and atmospheric pollution increasingly aggravated, new energy automobile once again become a hot topic. From the current hybrid cars, to the medium-term pure electric cars to fuel cell cars, they all have their own advantages and disadvantages. There’re a variety of technical analysis and development strategies research, but for new energy automobile consumer purchasing behavior research are rare. This paper, made a research of new energy automobile consumer purchase behavior through the form of questionnaire.This paper first introduced the new energy automotive industry situation, mainly introduces the domestic development condition, and refer to a lot of new energy automobile consumer purchase behavior related to the information at home and abroad, also the different aspects are summarized; Secondly, this paper simply introduces the theory, method, such as statistics about how to prepare questionnaire related methods, as well as the theory of planned behavior concepts and how to use the theory to new energy automobile consumer purchase behavior analysis; To introduce the formation of the questionnaire and the analysis, then summarize new energy automotive consumer purchase behavior characteristic in China; At last, hope can bring certain significance to China’s auto manufacturers through the analysis and proposed own view.The research in this paper organic combined the new energy automotive consumer purchase behavior, plan behavior theory and the questionnaire, it is concluded that the comprehensive purchase behavior characteristics, it provides certain reference to the similar enterprise practice.
