High-tech Industrial Development Zone is an area with a collection of buildingsdedicated to high-tech industry. To speed uphigh-tech industry development in Guangzhou, the management system of Guangzhou Highand New Technology Industrial Development Zone has been reformed by the People’sGovernment of Guangzhou Municipal and has become the "One Zone" administrative systemstructure: the same team of officers is responsible for multiple management functions bymultiple administrative authority in unified office.
