Firstly, the research background and signif ic ance of the study, analyzed the current research, defined the research content, research methods and innovation of this paper; secondly, mainly on the ERP system, the basic theory of contract management and organizational management, which introduces the ERP implem entation risk, contract risk management process and risk management organizat ion; again, is a T company supplies procurement contract management system case briefly; then is the use of field research, expert surveys, flow charts and other methods combined company profile from the ERP system, contract management processes and organizational management three aspects of risk ident ificat ion, risk point to find material procurement contract management under the ERP system that is the problem.Finally, materials procurement contracts to manage risk response measures under the ERP system.
