Under the new normal background, individual organizations viscosity is gradually increased, individual employees are in constant communication with organizations and others in the organization occurred in touch. And a series of attitudes and behavior arising from these links is to organize focus of attention, not only because it relates to the performance of individuals and organizations, but also related to the emergence and development of a number of tangible and intangible transactions within the organization, such as culture and collectivism, and so on. Based on the behavioral responses of employees concerned, we selected human resource practices AMO model laser engine for research to explore its role in employee behavior.
