With the development of the global industrial structure, the high quality service has become a new source of enterprises’ competitive advantage and value growth. The rapid development of service industry put forward higher requirements to create a new and more sophisticated services, how to find and to overcome obstacles so as to improve enterprises’ service innovation performance and improve the competitiveness of service firms, become the important research topic. As an important platform of operations management, Service supply chain gaim more and more attention gradually, the key of service supply chain integration is to create customer value, across organizational boundaries to generate new ideas, which is able to provide more choices for service innovation. As a result, take the service supply chain integration as a new perspective of service innovation has a strong theoretical and practical significance.Most of the existing research on supply chain had focused on manufacturing, while there are lack of study on services. Existing research focused on the influence of supply chain integration on enterprise performance, the internal mechanisms and consequences of service supply chain integration are still huge black box. Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing research, this study base on the related theory of the social network, the relationship between capital and supply chain integration, emphasis how the center firm of service supply chain integration improve service innovation performance by give relationship specific investment to major suppliers of supply chain and do some resources integration, and highlight information technology ability was regard as unique resources advantage function in the process. Study adopts the method of deductive reasoning + hypothesis test, aiming at the shortcomings of the existing research, presented 14 research hypothesis, collected 261 samples in the guangdong area to verify the hypothesis, explored the following problems through use the empirical method:(1) the basic characteristics of service supply chain integration, supplier integration;(2) the impact of relationship specific investment on the service supply chain integration of supplier;(3) how the service supply chain supplier integrating affects service innovation performance;(5) whether information technology capacity have regulating role.Results show that: first, physical specific investment, process specificity investment and domain knowledge specificity investment has significant positive influence on the service supply chain integration of supplier; Second, the physical specific investment, process specificity investment and domain knowledge specificity investment has significant have positive influence on service innovation performance; Third, the service supply chain integration of supplier has a significant positive effect on service innovation performance; Fourth, service supply chain supplier integration partial intermediary effect between physical specific investment, process specific investment, domain knowledge specificity investment and service innovation performance; Fifth, the enterprises’ IT capability have positive adjustment between domain knowledge specificity investment and services supply chain integration of suppliers, also have positive adjustment between service supply chain integration of supplier and service innovation performance. Based on the several results above, this study enrich the research in the field of service innovation in our country, also provides a certain reference and guidance for the enterprises in our countryabout how to improve service innovation performance by relationship specific investment.
