RETON Ring Mesh Manufacturing Co., Ltd is operating their business in Ring mesh Safety Gloves and Wire Mesh market in China for the last ten years. They have established a strong position in the in the marketplace of Safety Gloves and wire Mesh, and it is now one particular of the most effective Safety Gloves and wire Mesh manufacture company in China. Brand management is definitely an essential task for each and every company. RETON have successfully created some well-known brand products at home and abroad. In this paper analyzes and try to explain current and existing marketing strategy of RETON by using some of the tools and establishment of the next three years company’s strategic marketing plan.This thesis is divided in to five parts. In this paper first describes the purpose of the thesis; there are limitation and scope of the study. Secondly, RETON historical background, operations, tasks and objectives were analyzed. SWOT analysis and Porter’s five forces model theory, opportunities and threats of RETON’s external and internal environment, capabilities of the strengths and weaknesses, in-depth analysis of the competitive situation. At the conclusion of this thesis, an actions plan is proposed which usually provides the perfect solution for the issues that RETON wire Mesh Manufacturing Co., Ltd faces. It can be helpful and useful pertaining to other similar Ring meshes Safety Gloves and wire Mesh companies.
