The Research On Evaluation And Selection Logistics Service Provider Of Gou-shenghuo

The rapid development of electronic commerce, give birth a wide variety of E-commerce business platform, one of them is Goushenghuo. In the proceess of transaction, E-commerce enterprises have many features, such as a lot of participating members 、logistics services across the region、short delivery time、customer requirements more and more sundry. Inappropriate logistics service providers could cause series problems, such as the delivery cycle prolong、the cost go high、 the rate of returned goods and refund increase, in order to solve this issues,the choice of logistics service providers is becoming more and more critical.In this paper, the author take Gou-shenghuo as the research object,in order to explore the logistics service providers’ evaluation-selection method and process of B2 C e-commerce enterprise,aims to provide ideas and methods for other scholars which study on evaluation and selection of logistics service providers.First of all,the author take the theory of logistics service provider’s evaluation and choose methods as the basis to analyze the current operating conditions of Gou-sehnghuo 、 the present situation of the logistics service providers and the problems existing in the logistics service, then study a large number of literature and consult experts,combining with the operating characteristics of Gou-shenghuo,the author find out the key factors which influence Gou-shenghuo to choose logistics service providers,and establish the evaluation system of logistics service providers by Factor Analysis finally.Secondly, Use BP-Neural-Network to build a selection model of logistics service providers of Gou-shenghuo, and through training and simulating indicator data, it has obtained a mature network.Finally use mature BP-Neural-Network to evaluate the existing five logistics service provider, to determine the best service.
