The Study Of The Development Of Jiangxi Rural Resources In The Process Of Urbanization

The urbanization in our country has entered a new stage after the integration of urban and rural areas. Jiangxi province, as a large agricultural province has a large rural population and abundant human resources. But because of the long-term industrial structure is dominated by agriculture, industrialization started late, urbanization lagging behind economic development, low levels of urbanization and the rural human resources development is also lagging behind, thus affecting the social and economic development of Jiangxi. Therefore, the study of how to study in the process of urbanization of Jiangxi rural human resources development and to promote urbanization in Jiangxi province,is of great significance. Based on the Marxism theory of urbanization under the guidance of summary after the founding of the CPC leaders of the three generations of experience in the construction of urbanization, based on the present situation of Jiangxi rural human resources at this stage has put forward the countermeasures of Jiangxi rural human resources development and the significant development of Jiangxi rural human resources.This paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter one describes the research background,significance, domestic and foreign scholars on this subject from different angles and views,methods and innovations of this article. Chapter II defines the concepts related to urbanization and human resource development, rural labor force in rural human resource development including development and rural labor resources development aspects,development of rural labor is the core. Chapter III provides an overview of Marxism theory of urbanization. On basis of the times background, and thought source and practice.this chapter analyses the produce and development of Marxism town theory from the three aspects. people is the core of town, farmer is the key of quality, and rural human resources development is the way and eradication urban and rural gap is purpose. The four aspects is the main content of theory of Marxist town; from two angles of the theory and practice,it discusses the meaning of Marxist town theory. The fourth chapter presents the status of Jiangxi rural human resources development, comprehensively combs the Jiangxi rural human resources population, culture, and the health and employment structure’s present situation, and the problems and the causes of these problems are analyzed. The fifth chapter in the process of urbanization of Jiangxi rural human resources development strategies. Includes three aspects: one is the core to the urbanization of person, formed farmers ’ development concept; the second is based on the quality training of people,improving farmer education and training system; third, to eliminate the gap between home,raise the level of social securityin rural areas.
