Vigorous construction of affordable housing has further improved the material living conditions of residents. However, it has also caused some notable problems, such as the reconstruction of poor housing community space and the negative effects of low-income families’ gathering groups. Therefore, the constructive effects of affordable housing cannot be simply and unilaterally interpreted from the living condition of residents. The government should pay more attention to the life quality of residents living there. Further improvement of residents’ life quality in affordable housing communities relates to the construction of people’s livelihood, the social harmony and stability, and cities’ sustainable development. The change and development of the city is also the process of interaction between residents’ life behavior and urban space. Residents’ level of life quality has a bearing on the degree of space resource acquisition, and it can be improved initially by increasing the accessibility to community resources. Therefore, this paper has done the following research work:First of all, the paper deeply analyzes the relation mode among microeconomic entities’ space behavioral demand, living space and the community resources. It clarifies the dual interaction relationship and the circulation mode among all three by parsing components of residents’living space, community resources and their behavioral demands, paving the logical and theoretical way for the following core study.Secondly, the paper attempts to build an evaluation system of the accessibility to housing community resources, including specifying evaluation principles and evaluation elements, selecting and establishing the evaluation index layer, determining the sensing distance of accessibility and the index weight, introducing the GIS (geographic information system) data processing and SPSS (statistical product and service solutions) clustering analysis technique evaluation method and setting up an evaluation framework and model.Furthermore, this paper applies the evaluating model in the case study of Nanjing’s housing community, using GIS data acquisition and processing tools to rate the accessibility of resource elements, and using SPSS cluster tools to put them in a careful community classification from the perspective of nature. Basing on these, the paper also gives an overall evaluation of the selected affordable housing communities, and finds such problems like the the low level of whole accessibility, imperfection of system structure, spatial matching dislocation and apparent discrepancies.Lastly, in terms of existing problems of community resources’ accessibility, the paper puts forward the humanism, the fair and harmonious community optimization idea, points out the principles of overall optimization, the dual optimization and the dynamic optimization, clarifies the thought of optimization from the direction of higher weight, lower ranking and lack of items, and establishes the strategy of optimization from five aspects, the domination of public transportation, combining with the regional industry planning, increasing policy incentives, establishing a dynamic monitoring platform and an early warning mechanism and adjusting the preliminary layout strategy. |
