Study On The New Business Model In The Application Of Science And Technology Service Platform

In recent years, in the construction of an innovation-oriented country, China’s enterprise’s technological innovation capability strengthens unceasingly. At the same time, the service demand for external environment is more and more strong. The improvement of service capability and level of science and technology intermediary service has become an important part of the national innovation system construction. More and more technology services agencies are trying to improve service capability and level through science and technology platform under network environment. But at present, the existence of a single technology services platform service, weak hematopoietic function and other issues, in the final analysis is the lack of a good business model. For this reason, based on related theory, in the support of National Science and Technology Support Program "Research on the System Technology of Industry Cluster Finance and Technology Transfer Service Platform "(project number:2012BAH29F01),some new business models in science and technology service platform under the Internet environment in recent years are studied.First, the concept and the main services of science and technology service platform are defined. The connotation and elements of business model are given out. The various typical business model analysis framework are summarized further, and analysis method based on elements of the framework is proposed. Second, crowdsourcing model in technology development service platform, crowdfunding model in financial services technology platform, and sale mode+ 020 mode in science and technology training services platform are studied. On the one hand, on the basis of existing research results, the concept of each model is defined, the characteristics of each mode application are analyzed, and the major application way of the current models are summarized. On the other hand, for each mode, typical cases are selected. Based on the business model components framework, each successful application case is analyzed comprehensively and systematically. On the basis of these two aspects, the paper researches the various of patterns in the application of relevant platform from six components of business model, and all stakeholders in kinds of new business models which apply in the related services of science and technology service platform are analyzed. Then the paper builds the corresponding service process and designs the business process of platform, put forward the corresponding profit mode etc. In this paper, the research results can provide reference to the new business model in the application of science and technology service platform in China, and related research results have been submitted to relevant government departments.
