| The corporate culture has the characteristics of human nature and spirit level, to show a "humanistic" power of an enterprise. It governs the enterprise from the deep, searches the source of development driver, and manages human as the first resource of the enterprise, to achieve the strategic objectives and maximize the optimal value.Looking back into the development of D group during the past 100 years, we deeply consider the source of development drivers, and the value system of group need, in order to open the next hundred years. The conclusion is that talent is the first issue, and talents breeding will become an important topic of D group’s strategic plan.In this thesis, based on the relationship of corporate culture and human resource, we analyze and study the implementation and the status of talents breeding in China, oriented by corporate culture "D road" in D group. Aiming at the shortage and problems at present, we try to dig into the solutions.According to the talents breeding implementation and planning of "D road" cultural human resource management in China, we do the analysis and study through different kinds of interviews, testing and questionnaire survey, and participate in implementing and analyzing the detailed actions and processes, to sort the problem and propose the solutions for the present status. |
