logistic projects have experienced a leapfrog development in China. Especially in recent ten years, all kinds of logistic projects have sprung up. As a consequence, risk management questions become more and more important which often lead a lots of questions to logistic projects. How to efficiently manage risks is becoming an important problem which need to be solved quickly.The paper focus on Haibang Weihai logistic project as the research target. First,the paper describes the current research situations in domestic and overseas. At the same time, it gives it’s own perspectives on risk management.and discusses the problem in Haibang Weihai logistic project and finds out the radical reason is the lacking of risk management.Then,it makes a risk identification to establish the risk index system. Secondly, through risk assessment link by a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis, using analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and Likert table method, it finally finds out the risk importance and occurrence probability of risk. At last,according to the risk assessment results, different risk management measures are made to properly deal with project risk, to help the project develop well.Through the analysis and the series research of Haibang Weihai logistics project risk, the ultimate goal is to help the project manager know all kinds of risks existing in the project better.
