Our country, nowadays, have entered into the crucial time of industrial and corporate transformation and upgrading. Promoting industrial structure reform through innovation in productive service industry and improving innovative ability of corporation to dominate the mid-to-high end of international industrial chain are the keys for China to make ‘made in china’ have a good reputation and become a great power. As modern emerging high end service, SCM service, therefore, Under this, supply chain management services as a modern new-high service, combine e-commerce, outsourcing, modern logistics, promote development of economic, play a major role of promoting industrial transformation and upgrading and solve many problems of small and medium-sized enterprises. EA is the first listed SCM service enterprise in China. It is domestically initiative that EA, based on one-stop SCM service, rely on the ‘in-depth 380’ build a new platform of supply chain integration service combined with B2 B, B2 C,O2O. The business mode of EA make the operating income have a compound growth, and attract a great attention from market investors.This paper introduces the operation pattern of EA’s one-stop SCM service, based on annual report, analyzing and evaluating EA’s financial and market performance from accountant’s view to illustrate the impact of development pattern on performance. Meanwhile, analyze the problem and risk of EA’s SCM pattern, and put forward the suggestion about further improvement of performance, providing the revelation according to the thought of SCM service.Through the analysis of EA’s performance, the following conclusion can be made: EA have steady and sustainable profitability, good growth capacity and market developing potential. It’s SCM service pattern have a positive impact on performance, and the company have a good development prospect. According to the characteristic of the industry and requirement of expansion and development of enterprise, EA’s SCM service pattern also bring problems and risks, which include: the finance risk about cash flow stability, bad impact of subsidiaries’ efficiency on company’s benefits, caused by controlling investment, reduced operation ability owning to declining capital liquidity in short-term, Unstable profit caused by exchange rate fluctuation.The main contributions of this paper are that help to optimize EA’s management, and provide idea of how to find Blue Ocean, improve enterprise performance in competitive foreign trade industry and logistics industry, and also offer thought for government to support the industry. This paper, meanwhile, makes a preliminary study of how to make performance assessment in emerging SCM industry, and hope to inspire others to do more research into industry performance.
