Yongxiu citrus brand has a great reputation in the China Green Expo, Jiangxi Province Agricultural Fair because of its unique scale and good quality. Yongxiu citrus, which are juicy, sweet, easy slag, have been recognized by the majority of agricultural experts and consumers. It even received praise from the national leaders.Yongxiu citrus have cracked a large number of technical difficulties and practical problems, and have accumulated a lot of successful experience and a large number of outstanding talents. These things help Yongxiu form the citrus industry with ambitious scales and distinctive features, which create a very good business card for the agricultural industry in Yongxiu.The development of Yongxiu has made great achievements. However, the problem of citrus industry is gradually increasing with the situation’s changing. The problems include varieties degradation, low standardized production, low industrialization management, poor added value, lack of capital investment etc.Using a variety of analytical methods of modern management science, the paper studies Yongxiu citrus with the PEST analysis, Potter five forces analysis, SWOT analysis, based on learning regional economic theory, industrial cluster theory, the theory of industrial competitiveness. Preliminary theoretical analysis, farmers factors include four aspects: the plight of the industry in the citrus farmers’ professional of practitioners to reduce, the market participation is not high, the organization of concentrated development is not enough, the lack of awareness of the competitiveness of industry etc; Government factors include: the government on citrus farmers development positive guidance is not enough, do not pay enough attention to the citrus circulation, the cultivation of industrial development environment enough; Market factors include: marketing innovation is not enough, marketing network construction is lagging behind, the market positioning is too narrow etc; In summary orange farmers, the government, the market, based on three reasons, reference to the successful factors of The United States "Sunkist" orange, "Chu orange", Citrus in Yichang, Finally, it puts forward the planning and suggestion of Yongxiu citrus industry, which is to build the industrial clusters of citrus, increase the investment of policy funds, improve the quality of citrus, improve the processing ability of citrus, and enhance the brand of citrus market. These plans and suggestions targeted, is conducive to the promotion of Yongxiu citrus further cluster development and brand building, provide support for the local government to support the development of citrus industry in Yongxiu, and also provide decision-making basis for the development of the citrus industry in Yongxiu.
