It began to gradually develop in 2014. Community bank play an important role in economy development. In order to further promote community Banks develop rapidly, The main contents of this paper is the main affecting factors of Qingdao Community Bank development and how to promote development of community banks.This paper defines the related definitions of community banks, summarizes the operating characteristics of Community Banks and describes the differences between community banks and other types of commercial banks. Then, I analysis the development process of the United States, Bangladesh, Japan and review the Community Bank model of Long Jiang Bank, China Ming Sheng Bank, Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank’s business. Through this I get inspiration; Meanwhile, I analysis the the status quo of Qingdao community banks.
