As the transformation of the economic in China, the mode of independent development of enterprises does not meet the requirements of market economy, in the opposite,enterprises need to pay more attention to cooperation in the development of enterprises with other enterprises, formate enterprise network capacity, and influence innovation performance of enterprise. With the development of economic, and social networking degre, innovation performance of enterprise are affected by enterprises network capacity. At the same time in the enterprise, the human resources as the valuable resource of enterprises, has great influence on the efficiency of other resources within the enterprise, for example, financial resources, material resources. Only the human resources of the enterprise daily forms, namely employee behavior being viewed correctly, to exert its influence on innovation performance..The study of the enterprise network capability in the past focused on network capability influencing on corporate performance through knowledge of organization,accessing to information resource,network location,organizational relationship strength and etc.Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the relevant theory of consolidation behavior of employees, and based on enterprise network capacity and innovation performance of enterprise mechanism, the paper have a introduction of employee behavior within the organization to have a more comprehensive discussion of the behavior of employees:employee organizational citizenship behavior and counterproductive work behavior of employees have the moderating role of enterprise network capacity and innovation performance.r.Firstly, through to the domestic and foreign literature on related definitions, dimensions and influencing factors on approaches, This paper has been clear about the enterprise network capacity, organizational citizenship behavior, employee counter productive behavior and other related concepts; Secondly, the psychological contract theory and resource-based theory as theoretical support, we put forward the theoretical hypothesis and theoretical model of this paper; Finally, using previously validated scale, we make questionnaire, issue to the goal enterprise employees, process relevant data carried out by SPSS software, and use the factor analysis, hierarchical regression method to study the relationship between the research hypothesis. Research shows that:(1) the enterprise network capability has a significant positive effect on innovation performance, explaining that in order to improve the enterprise innovation performance, we need to pay particular attention to strengthening the network capacity of various dimensions of ability;(2) employee organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive regulatory effect on enterprise network capacity and innovation performance, indicating that enterprises should create suitable working environment, and promote the forming of employees’ organizational citizenship behavior;(3) employee counter productive to the enterprise network capacity and innovation performance is a negative regulatory effect. We need to pay particular attention to some counter productive behavior of employees, reasonable and timely adjust the attitude of employees, moving in the right direction.
