Research On Evaluation Of Project Management Apabilities Of Tangshan Hongyuan Of Real Estate Development Co., LTD

Real estate industry as the pillar industry of the national economy has played an important role in our country. From the point of the current situation, the project management is a central part in the real estate industry for enterprise development, but also a kind of important way of development to be better adapted to project management and modernization. The project management plays a great role in promoting the construction and management of large engineering projects and plays a great role in promoting the quality of the projects and engineering economic benefit. Based on this, this paper studies the Tangshan Hong Yuan of real estate development co., LTD., and analyzes and discusses the development of project cost management, quality management, risk management, security management, cultural management, human resource management by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy mathematics method. The method evaluates the various management activities scientifically and let this evaluations have more standardized management level. Evaluation results can also be used as a corporate executive incentives of the basis of a practical and effective, and play a great role in promoting the enterprise project management ability.First of all, this paper is based on the real estate development project management and introduces the development of project management and related theory, the theory of project management evaluation and the characteristics of real estate project development of the industry. We review the related literatures both at home and abroad and analyze the future development trend by combining the current development situation of real estate and the characteristics of real estate project development of the industry.Secondly, we analyze the present situation of the Tangshan HongYuan of real estate development co., LTD., understand the company’s current projects and internal organization form; We also analyze the characteristics of project management, deeply dissect the problems existing in the internal project management ability, and it is concluded that HongYuan company the influence factors of real estate development project management skills.Finally, this paper analyzes the feasibility analysis in the project development by using the questionnaire survey to collect data, and constructs the cost management, quality management, risk management, security management, cultural management, human resource management and evaluation level by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP). Then we calculate the corresponding weights of affecting factors by combining with MATLAB. We establish the corresponding real estate evaluation model by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. We can correct the project management by analyzing the report. What’s more, we can make the recommendations for improvement according to the report.
