Jiuquan Financial Regulatory Issues And Countermeasures

Local financial regulatory system is an integral part of our financial system, and it is the important institutional guarantee of regional economic and social stability. In recent years, how local governments do financial management issues is becoming social concern. On this basis, taking the domestic and international economic development envirment as the background, the paper reseaches the effective strategies which is not only maintain the stable growth of the local economic, but also no regional financial risk, and suitable for Jiuquan’s development. In this paper, it takes Jiuquan city financial regulation as the reseach object and does some deep study of finicial regulation. First,the paper outlines the status, the main content and the methods of domestic and international financial regulation. Second, this paper summarises the theoretical research and the development of financial regulation. It has a comparative analysis in financial supervision mode among the United States, Germany, Britain and Japan, and discusses the choices of financial regulation in China. Third, it takes the financial regulation of Jiuquan city as an example, and analyses the development process of the financial regulation and summarizes the basic experience. Fourth, combing with the specific circumstances of Jiuquan city, the paper analyses the main problems and causes of financial regulation in Jiuquan deeply. Finally, combing with the specific situations of economic development and financial regulation in Jiuquan, it puts forward sound suggestions and measures to perfect Jiu quan financial regulation.The paper is summarized and stated by literature research method, consulting many relative documents and resources; Besides, taking Jiuquan financial regulation as the reseach object, the paper adoptes case analysis method and empirical approach to compare the financial datas in 2012,2013,and 2014,analyses the characteristics and problems of financial development and put forward suitable strategies of financial regulation in Jiuquan.
