Currently, cross-border e-commerce has become an important means to integrate resources worldwide, as well as to seize the market. Development of e-commerce cross-border trade is essential to reducing barriers of international trade, so that SMEs have access to international markets. Meanwhile, cross-border e-commerce trading platform providing professional services, such as clearance services, can replace the role of professionals in trade, finance, foreign languages, making complicated and even with some mysterious international trading in the past become simpler and transparent. In addition, profitable cross-border trade e-commerce will also be helpful to the growth of small and medium manufacturing enterprises and service enterprises.XT e-commerce companies implements a multi-functional B2B2 C platform for international trade transactions, in order to create a borderless world of shopping as the goal for international businesses and consumers with a quality assured, convenient transactions online trading platform. The company is not only effective for expanding import and export trade channels for enterprises, but also able to upgrade foreign trade e-commerce management efficiency, as well as to improve product add-value. Besides, the company will cooperate with domestic suppliers, product manufacturers and brand owners providers to promote the traditional trade to e-commerce import and export model, for the purpose of industrial transformation and upgrading. At present, it is the top one brand of luggage in Cross-boarder e-commerce trading.In this thesis, XT e-commerce Company is chosen as research object, using the theory of competitive strategy, such as SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, Michael Porter five forces model and the Boston matrix for theoretic analysis of its advantages, weaknesses and the operating environment. Identifying problems and risks, illustrates scientific basis for the determination of competitive strategy. Through the analysis of three competitive strategies, it comes to come to main XT e-commerce Company’s competitive strategy is differences strategy, cost leading and objective gathering strategy supplemented to catch up with competitors, and proposed measures to guarantee the effective implementation of the competitive strategy.
