Human resource management is a more central part in the business management functions, it is occupy a very important position in the modern enterprise management, performance management can be said that the main lifeiline of human resource management, performance appraisal is an important part of performance management, it will directly affect the effectiveness of the whole process of performance management and business processes.Effective use of performance appraisal, can enhance the company’s full-year results level, to promote the company’s pace of development, stimulate the inherent potential and enhance employee literacy, help employees achieve business goals and their own values, and also conducive to individual corporate strategy and employees objectives are effectively integrated, so as to promote enterprise advancing towards the path of sustainable development, and ultimately the formation of employees and enterprises mutual win a good pattern. Therefore, scientific and comprehensive analysis and formulation manufacturing enterprise performance evaluation system for the strategic development of enterprises of great significance.In this paper, we will be the wanbo performance appraisal system to carry out comprehensive research and in-depth analysis to identify the main problems concerning the existence of performance appraisal and the root causes of the company; and then combined with the theory of performance appraisal system involved the use of theory and practice the way to improve the system of management thinking and improve the company now current performance evaluation system.First, the core idea of combining the basic theory of modern performance evaluation, the use of empirical analysis and questionnaire to the status of the company’s performance appraisal system, to study the problem and its causes comprehensive and systematic analysis, pointing out the problems of performance appraisal management staff and production line employee in the wanbo company; secondly, it will elaborated performance appraisal system design ideas, that based on the work of analysis and performance evaluation features analysis, balanced scorecard learn key performance indicators for the actual operating conditions of each department of the company, will the company’s strategic goals down to all sectors, and finally implemented in every job, and the right to determine the appropriate target weight based on analytic hierarchy process; Finally, the introduction of 360-degree feedback method and system performance assessment appeals to the optimized design of the Weber company’s performance appraisal system introduction and implementation to build and put forward opinions and suggestions to improve in order to achieve good implementation of the results, to enhance cooperation between departments, while job performance can be effectively controlled and managed.In this paper, the theory of the Balanced Scorecard and KPI performance appraisal system for wanbo were optimized, rebuild performance assessment indicators, in close connection with corporate strategy aimed at achieving management objectives and performance indicators, but also hope that through this practice, as manufacturing enterprises to provide some useful reference in performance appraisal.
