The Research Of The Agricultural Structure‘s Adjustment And Strategy In The Western Region Of China

In China, the agriculture has developed continuously, but its agricultural structure is not reasonable in the developing, especially in the western region. We should vigorously adjust the agricultural structure of western region, then, it can make agricultural economic develop quickly and increase farmers’ income. Although Wu Wei city has its own advantages in geography and industry, it still has some problems in agricultural economic develop. Therefore, we need to find out the solution to adjust the agricultural structure better, optimize the structure of agriculture, and promote the development of agricultural economy and the city’s economy.At first, through the literature and empirical analysis and so on, the content mainly includes agricultural structure status and advantage of industrial scale in Wuwei, agricultural structural adjustment of Wuwei and achieved initial results, the structure of agriculture still has some problems, and countermeasures. The main research achievements are:1. The whole city of Wuwei vigorously implement the "4301" strong foundation and enriching people project, to promote structural adjustment, increasing the income of the farmers,vigorously develop the facility agriculture. They adhere to the principle "water structure, by the water industry, by the water scale". Under the guidance of the government, and based on the policy,technical service as the guarantee, the work of the city’s agricultural structure adjustment has achieved initial results.2. Although it was carried out in the adjustment of agricultural structure, there are still some problems, for example: controlling of human factors and natural factors, some of the characteristic industrial development is slow, the rural information network is latency, agricultural technology in the promotion has a lot of problems etc.3. In view of the existing problems, it puts forward some suggestions:(1) vigorously develop modern agriculture and animal husbandry and dry farming;(2) improve the overall quality of the farmers;(3) the development and growth of leading enterprises.
