Rapid development of information industry makes industry boundaries become increasingly blurred. Enterprise continues to explore in the upstream and downstream value chain at the same time of specialized competition, and the integration of dispersed resources, data and business makes the traditional enterprise service model gradually shift to the service system. Service integration has become a new form of business transformation in the era of information economy. Enterprises are no longer limited to the original single product and service framework, but provide relevant supporting services to enhance the competitiveness of enterprise services in the provision of products or services to customers. Based on cooperative game theory, this paper analyzes the influence of the game situation of enterprise service integration alliance on service integration value, and carries out a simulation study. The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analyze the essence of research on the value of service integration. This paper discusses the necessity of enterprise service integration on the basis of research on the connotation and characteristics, points out that service integration is the process of integrating the services provided by the enterprise to meet the needs of customers and create customer value, and describes the main content of the four stages of service integration and the essence of customer value.(2)By analyzing the value-added mechanism of service integration, an enterprise service integration value research model based on cooperative game theory is established to conduct a metric from the perspective of customer value. The differential equations of state of service and the optimal control model of service integration are established respectively. In the construction of differential equation of state for service integration, by analyzing the different factors that affect the service in the integration process, the corresponding parameters are formulated and the mathematical model is constructed. In the construction of optimal control model of service integration, customer value is made to be the performance index of the optimal control system. The tendency of service utility integration is measured by service utility integration factor, which is committed to realizing the customer value maximization of the cooperative alliance in the service integration.(3) Strategic equilibrium solution of optimal control model is solved and model parameters of service integration value are compared and analyzed based on the cooperative game theory. It points out the limitation of the classical variational method under the condition that the range of control variable is limited. Result shows that the service utility integration factor is positively related to self-growth coefficient of service utility level and integrated growth coefficient of service utility level, which has a negative correlation with attenuation coefficient of service utility level, cost coefficient of service utility and service utility. Combined effect of various factors influences customer value.(4) Simulation analysis of enterprise service integration value research model based on cooperative game theory is done. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed optimal control model is verified by a practical example, and SPSS software is used to simulate and analyze the result of the model to provide some guidance for the enterprise service integration.
