Quality Risk Control Of Camellia Oil Based On Supply Chain Management

Sasanqua is a unique high quality woody oil plant in China, and develop it vigorously has become a important national strategy. A huge impact has been brought to the camellia oil industry because the frequent quality problems of the products in recent years, so it is a important topic that how to strengthen the products quality control and avoid the quality risk. The quality risk control of Camellia was researched from the perspective of the supply chain in this paper, aim to improving the quality of camellia oil for references and avoiding the risk effectively. Literature analysis method, survey method, theory method and case method were carried on in this paper. The current research situation at home and broad have been summarized by using literature analysis method to understand the current situation, the level and the existing problems of the related research. on this basis, investigation method was used, in view of the present situation of the tea industry in Hunan were comprehensive investigation through the design of the questionnaire, the quality of the tea oil industry was collected from the perspective of supply chain, the quality risk factors of each link in the development of camellia industry were identified, and the quality risk index system was established. According to the hierarchy analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, combined with the identified Camellia oil risk index system to construct the tea quality risk assessment model. The case of development of Camellia oil industry in Hunan was analyzed. The results show that the Camellia oil quality risk index system is working which constructed from the perspective of the supply chain and the construction quality risk evaluation model is reasonable and feasible.
