The Research On Industrial Convergence Development Of Hunan Sanxiang Forestry Company

With the upgrading of the industrial structure,many enterprises begin the process of cross-industry convergence under the guidance of technological innovation,which has become a new trend of the development of multi-industry enterprises. While the continuously improvement of science and technology,high technology promotes the development of agriculture itself,leading to a new trend of convergence between agriculture and other industries gradually. Industrial convergence between agriculture and other industries will bring new vitality to the traditional agriculture,and industrial convergence will also become another opportunity for the development of agriculture under the new social and economic situation.Hunan Sanxiang Forestry company has a short history in industrial convergence,however,there is a huge potential for its development in Hengyang City.The development of this company has a positive effect both in rural areas progress,agricultural structure adjustment and the new rural construction in Hengyang city. In this paper,we aim to learn and draw lessons from the research of domestic and foreign scholars, through the researching of related industrial convergence issues and applying to Hunan Sanxiang Forestry company,combined with the actual development situation to find the existing problems in the development process of convergence. Then,putting forward some suggestions to solve the problem of industrial convergence for Hunan Sanxiang Forestry company,to provide beneficial enlightenment and reference for further development of industrial convergence in Hunan Sanxiang Forestry Company.This paper based on the industrial theory,though the combination of documentary research and quantitative analysis,field research and SWOT analysis research method,introduces the development status of industrial convergence of Hunan Sanxiang Forestry company, and summarizes the existing problems in the process of its development. In order to solve these problems and improve the efforts of industrial convergence for Hunan Sanxiang Forestry Company,also enhance the support of the industrial convergence to the company’s operations, some suggestions are proposed to promote the healthy development of its industrial convergence process. Including update the concept of industry convergence,establish a complete marketing system, the innovation of interests mechanism,improve the level of agricultural science and technology,improve the talent support system and develop a new convergence model.
