Game Analysis Of Tourist Stakeholders Of East Dongting Lake Nation Nature Reserve

With the emphasis on nature reserves rising for the development of nature reserves has become increasingly active. But there have been many conflicts and contradictions in the process of the development of nature reserves, the reason is the different stakeholders interest demands. Thus the interests of stakeholders Nature Reserve has become an important research topic.In this paper, the east Dongting Lake National Nature Reserve as an example, the present situation in East Dongting Lake National Nature Reserve, the integrated use of relevant theories and methods of stakeholder theory, game theory, and then through literature analysis, field research and interviews, game analysis and other research methods to the interests of the East Dongting lake national Nature Reserve of tourism stakeholders were analyzed.Through literature analysis combined with field research will focus on the interests of the East Dongting Lake National Nature Reserve of tourist stakeholders defined as:tourists, local residents, government, corporate and NGO.The way of . interview and questionnaire interviews with 10 residents from Caisanghu town,8 residents from Qianlianghu town,12 residents from Yueyang Tower community,10 residents from Junshan district,10 residents from Liangxinbao town,a total of interviewed people were 50 local residents; and i interview 50 tourists,some are bird watching tourists near Junshan island and Nature Reserve in the core area of the township (town) and others in Yueyang Tower.I also interview 12 government staff from Junshan district governmentand East Dongting Lake Management Bureau.I have an interview with employees from China International Travel Agency of Yueyang sub companies and Yueyang City Tourism Development Co., Ltd.; interview the members from Yueyang City Environmental Protection Volunteers Association and the WWF,as 4 experts from Hunan Institute of Science and Technology and the Central South Forestry University of science and technology.To understand the demands of stakeholders, and analyze the relationship between the interests of the subject.It identifies major tourism stakeholders East Dongting Lake National Nature Reserve stakeholders after Reconstruction Game by game analysis model among major stakeholders, namely the government and corporate game, government and local residents game, government and NGO game companies Game with tourists and local residents and tourists Game. Game result shows:the government and the "Rent-seeking" corporate are getting profits, but on the other stakeholders losses; the irrational exploitation of resources, local residents are not cooperating, resulting in loss of overall efficiency; government transfer obligation to the NGO, NGO damage to their own interests; enterprise tourists to provide low quality of tourism products, including tourism services, tourists and local residents against each other. Based on the results of the game. Based on the analysis of the causes of the conflict of stakeholders and the results of the game, is proposed, which is in favour of East Dongting Lake National Nature protection area sustainable development with constructing land transfer mechanism, reasonable allocation mechanism and benefit safeguard mechanism.
