The contradiction among food security, ecological protection and economic development requires to promote the economical and intensive use of land. As the industrial land has a large proportion in the construction land, and the phenomenon of its rough and poor efficiency use is common, promoting the economical and intensive use of industrial land is extremely urgent. By studying in influence factors of the economical and intensive use of industrial land, we can analyze the existing problems and cause in industrial land use more exactly, and take targeted measures to promote the economical and intensive use of industrial land.In this paper, Jiashan is chosen as the study area. On the basis of a large number of former achievements, I generalize and summarize the influence factors of the economical and intensive use of industrial land from the micro level, and make a empirical research of it in land use intensity, land investment intensity and land output intensity. From the results of the analysis, I can see the existing problems in industrial land use at present. And I will put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to solve the above problems, which will provide better guidance to promote the economical and intensive use of industrial land. The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1) From the perspective of land use intensity, enterprise ownership, age and founding time have a significant impact in industrial land intensive use level; From the perspective of land input intensity, the enterprise scale and enterprise founding time have significant impact in industrial land intensive use level; From the perspective of land output intensity, enterprise scale, ownership, high-tech enterprise and enterprise founding time have a significant impact in industrial land intensive use level. (2) The enterprise founding time has a significant negative effect in industrial land intensive use level, which means that in recent years, related policies work pretty well, and the enterprises realize more about the importance of the economical and intensive use of industrial land. (3) The enterprise scale has a significant positive effect in industrial land intensive use level, while the enterprise age has a significant negative effect in it, which means that speculative behavior is still existing, as well as the phenomenon of inefficient use and idle land in industrial land, which results in the inefficient use of industrial land. (4) The enterprise founding time and age have a significant negative effect in industrial land intensive use level, which means that the old enterprises use land inefficiently, and the waste of idle land is serious. (5) The effect of marketing allocation is not significant, which means that the degree of industrial land market allocation is very low, and the auction and transfer system of industrial land becomes a mere formality, which doesn’t play a role in promoting the economical and intensive use of industrial land substantively. (6) Overall, the effect of enterprise ownership is not significant, which means that the local government introduces foreign capital enterprises blindly, the land input of private enterprises is excessively, and the output efficiency of companies of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan is very low.On the problems above, this paper proposes following countermeasures:(1) Promote the marketing allocation of industrial land, and strict standard and access to industrial projects. (2) Regulate the behavior of local government, and improve the government performance evaluation system. (3) Establish and perfect the enterprise exit mechanism. (4) Introduce and promote the annual rent system for industrial land in the mode of real estate. (5) Advance the development of local characteristic industry, and enhance the local competitive edge.
