As a clean, environmental-protection, high-quality secondary energy, electric power increases the proportion of energy in energy consumption. The electric power analysis of the competitiveness has far-reaching implications not only in about saving energy and reducing environmental pollution, but also plays a vital role in the power corporate management and development.The paper analyzed the current situation of energy consumption, based on the energy market research in major countries in the world. It can be found in our energy consumption structure is optimized with the trend in economic, social and technological development. There is a large gap in China compared with developed countries, and that also means a huge improvement. According to the theory of modern competitive evaluation, the paper took all aspects into account which affect the competitiveness of energy. The application of the Delphi method determined various indicators of competitiveness evaluation of power, following these principles:simple scientific, systematic, guidance, dynamic and comparable operable quantifiable construction, making the establishment of the index system in energy about the competitive evaluation studies. The system includes two primary indicators:the realities of power competitive and power potential competitiveness. Nine secondary indicators:ability of market occupy, power quality, electricity prices, power supply, technological innovation, enterprise energy management capabilities, supply service levels, economic and scientific community level of development and national policy environments. There are also twenty-five three level indicators. The index system combined simple linear weighting method to establish the evaluation model of energy competitiveness. To determine the weight of each index, the paper compared with the existed weight method, combined with expert scoring fuzziness and uncertainty characteristics, select the "based on the triangular fuzzy number analytic hierarchy process" to calculate each index weights in the energy competitiveness index system.Utilization Competitiveness Evaluation Model to evaluate the competitive of the energy in Lang fang in 2011 to 2015, and the various factors affecting the competitiveness of energy were also evaluated. It explored what factors badly affect the performance of the overall energy competitiveness. Meanwhile the paper analyzed alternative energy potential of Lang fang, and made recommendations for Lang fang Power Company to open up the electricity market to enhance the power of the energy competitiveness.
