Global Supply Chain management is the type of organization which adopt by most of the multinational enterprises. Global Supply Chain has a complicated business structure. The enormous difference in culture, Enterprise system, political system,Economic system and locations between its partners lead the difficult for communication and coordination. Lots of uncertain factor in or out of the Global Supply Chain systerm worsen the stabilization of it. The study in the stabilization of Global Supply Chain has brought to the forefront by academicians and entrepreneurs.This thesis establish an evaluation index systerm and evaluation model base on the previous study.The thesis is devided into six parts:The first chapter is the literature review section,which research on previous stability in the supply chain research and describes the ideas and structure of the thesis.The second chapter introduces the theory of global supply chain knowledge, put forward the definition of the stability of the global supply chain from a different perspective.The third chapter summarizes and expand the influence factor of stability of the global supply chain and analyzing the process of it.The fourth chapter introduces grey statistical theory and AHP to establish the stability of the global supply chain evaluation model base on the analysis in last chapter.The fifth chapter uses the empirical data from S Corporation to verify the evaluation model and give improve solutions based on the views.The sixth chapter is conclusions and review. It including the summarizes the major findings,the deficiencies of this paper and pointe out that further study of the content.
