The Research On Competitiveness Promotions Strategy Of RFTC Co., LTD

Paper industry is a pillar industry in the development of our country’s economy, the development of special paper has an important position in the development of papermaking industry. In recent years,with the development of economy,the car industry is developing rapidly,thus led to the development of many industries,among them,the filter paper and other special materials develop rapidly. Filter is a kind of special material,paper demand increased gradually along with sales promotion. RFTC co., LTD. is a production of filter materials, non-woven materials and other special materials, specialty materials paper companies at home and abroad market is facing fierce competition, how to develop in the fierce competition, guarantee the market position of enterprises, expand market share, is the urgent problem of the enterprise. Finding out the key to affect enterprise competitiveness elements, using mathematical method to evaluate analysis, through analysis, find out the weakness of the enterprise competitiveness, thinking about how to improve enterprise competitiveness, related to the enterprise how to get a better development in today’s competitive environment.Based on the analysis of the competitiveness of the RFTC co., LTD., according to the characteristics of the development of specialty materials paper on the basis of importance, scientific nature,comparative characteristics of selecting the main factors influencing the competitiveness of the special material paper,I build a scientific evaluation system. Using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) as analysis tool,it is concluded that the weight of each index through the analysis of the data a comprehensive system,and then using the fuzzy evaluation method to analysis and evaluation. It is concluded that the indexes in the comprehensive evaluation in the development of specialty materials paper through analyzing the data.According to the results of comprehensive analysis,can determine what factors is restricting factors in the development of competitiveness, in the process of development in the future,to focus on this aspect of the competitiveness,in the final analysis puts forward the development strategy of enterprise competitiveness.
