From family brewing to market selling, wine has experienced a long process. In the Tianhan third year started to levy a tax on liquor, wine tax has become an important part of national finance. Wine sold in the market began to have the official price in the Shiyuan sixth year. The development of wine industry request rather highly for the geographical conditions, many famous wines have been produced in the unique ecological environment, since ancient times,Zhejiang, Shanxi, Guizhou and Sichuan are important wine-producing regions, the local wine industries have influence on the regional political, economic, military, culture and other aspects.Because of the unique human geography environment, wine industry in Yibin appeared very early in history, it gradually became the pillar of economic development in the region. As the wine industry economy expanding, it greatly promoted the development of Yibin’s commodity economy. We can say that the development of Yibin’s wine economy based on commodity economy, and then became the promoter of commodity economy.Based on clarifying the development process of Yibin wine industry, this article is exploring the relationship between wine economic development and social economic development.The article is divided into six parts:The introduction part, mainly introduce the reason of why I choose the topic and its significance, and academic studies of the Yibin’s wine economy situation, as well as research methods and innovations of this aricle.The first part comb the historical changes of Yibin’s wine industry from Qin and Han Dynasties to the period of the Republic of China era, and then summarize characteristics of wine industry in different historical periods.The second part, the relation between government management and the economic development of wine industry is the main content, deals with political policies impacted on the economic development of Yibin’s wine industry,such as the "Five feet"in Qin Dynasty,Qing Dynasty’s "Immigration fill in sichuan" and the economic policies like Han Dynasty official wine industry, Tang and Song Dynasties encouragement on liquor and so on. And, this part explore the interactive relationship between policy and industry development, based on how the gradually development of wine industry affected the central and local governments policyThe third part state the gradually formed manners and customs related to the wine and famous litterateurs such as Du fu, Huang tingjian, Fan Chengda’s praise about wine, then discuss the interaction between the Yibin’s economic development of wine industry and wine culture.The fourth part is the focus of this article. The relationship between Yibin’s wine industry and the commodity economy development as the main research content, respectively started with the effect of development of agriculture, handicraft industry and business on Yibin’wine industry,then discuss the effect of regional economic development on industry economy development; and this part analysis how Yibin’s wine industry affect region commodity economy development, and the analyses the interaction between the two parts. Yibin’s wine industry promote the crops distribution, commodity market expansion, the appearance of merchant community, etc., which are the important manifestation of commodity economic development in Yibin, and also one of the important role of Yibin’s wine industry.Conclusion part summarizes the development of Yibin’s wine industry and the characteristics of Yibin’s wine indutry, ummary analysis effect of the Yibin’s wine economic development of the region’s political, economic and cultural, certainly the Yibin’s wine in Sichuan and the important position,striving to find some important inspiration for the development of Yibin’s wine industry today.
