The Research Of Business Innovation For D Software Outsourcing Company

The saying of “The earth is flat” describes the process of current economic globalization. This new trend of globalization will have a huge impact to the existing business model,organizational structure and business process. Outsourcing mode is one of important products under the trend. Due to the high technical content, employment of promotion and green pollution-free, from the state council to the local governments in China, they all have issued several opinions to promote the development of service outsourcing industry.D company is a software service outsourcing enterprises towards Europe and U.S. D company has grown up fast in last ten years. In the favorable policy environment of well industry opportunity and government support, the core outsourcing business model of D company is being constantly mature, which can help customers to improve the quality of software development in low risk level. New era full of new challenges, and D company encountered some problems in innovation consciousness, management mode, technical system and many other aspects in the process of the development. The problems lead the company to the low value-added end of the IT industry chain in a long term. Under the current national strategy of “Internet+”, how to structure the innovation system of D company’s business and how to improve the management measures to promote development of D company, will be the key research issues in this paper.Firstly this paper analyzes the internal and external development environment of D company. From several aspects such as the policy, economic, social and technology, the favorable and unfavorable innovation factors of D company will be discussed. Then it will analyze the current business mode and difficulties. Base on the above analysis, this paper studies deeply the innovation system structure and specific content, and suggest the innovation strategy and management measures for D company combined with other company’s innovation cases.The main innovation in this paper is: based on the development status of domestic software service outsourcing enterprise, present strategic transformation and upgrade recommendations for software service outsourcing enterprise by using Michael porter’s competitive advantage theory and some analysis tools such as PEST and SWOT.
