As China’s industrial valve industry leader N company, in the current oil prices fell harsh external environment, how can more effectively stimulate and manage its large number of overseas subsidiaries, particularly its overseas subsidiaries recruitment strategy is based on the hiring of local general manager of overseas companies, the N company’s management is need to think about how to do performance evaluation of overseas subsidiaries to enhance its performance. It becomes very important to do this from the start of performance management, and design a suitable general manager of overseas subsidiary performance appraisal system regarding to N company in order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.In this background, this thesis first reviews the many theories of performance appraisal system. Selection based on KPI performance appraisal theory, especially performance appraisal had not associated management system before, Fishbone diagram tool to use decomposition N Company’s strategic objectives and general manager of overseas subsidiaries related performance indicators, analysis of general manager of the company’s overseas subsidiaries A work content.Furthermore, general manager of overseas subsidiaries to extract performance index levels, and establish its share of various weights, set the appraisal cycle, and the establishment of a dynamic KPI management system, establish a set of N company overseas subsidiaries more practical, feasible performance appraisal system.N company has a number of overseas subsidiaries, in consideration of their cultural differences, the general manager for its overseas subsidiaries KPI performance management system, this thesis uses the 90% quantifiable data as a innovation, descriptions and make it more meaningful. Also provides a reference for building and implementing other similar types of transnational private company performance appraisal system.
