Study On The Characteristics Of Agricultural Industrial Structure Of Guangxi And Its Influential Factors

Under the background of superimposition of the three phases, the focus of economic development shifted to the optimization path, whose goal is structural optimization and upgrading, and the core of it is the traditional factor-driven to innovation-driven transformation. Adjustment and transformation and upgrading of industrial structure of agriculture is already a difficult task of rural economic development. Guangxi agricultural production has made some progress in recent years, But the irrational situation of Guangxi Agricultural industrial structure is still outstanding, and the agricultural industrial restructuring and upgrading task remains serious. Therefore, this paper investigated Guangxi agricultural production situation and its advantages conditions analyzed the spatial variations and the present situation of Guangxi agricultural structure from the point of view of horizontal and vertical, and empirical analyzed the the main factors of Guangxi Agricultural Industrial Structure Adjustment by constructing econometric model, the study found that:First, With their own characteristics and advantages, Guangxi take the strategy of "The Belt and Road Initiative" and Zhu jiang river-Xi jiang river economic belt as an opportunity, and promote the formation of certain regional characteristics and industrial scale of Guangxi agricultural products. But the application level of large-scale integrated mechanical is still slow, which is not conducive to the industrialization of agriculture in Guangxi. This provide a broad market space for the development of Guangxi agricultural industrialization.Second, from the longitudinal dimension point of view, the irrational situation of Guangxi Agricultural industrial structure is still outstanding in recent years, and the uneven development of various industries is significant as well, Larger proportion of planting, small proportion of animal husbandry, fisheries and forestry become a short board of agricultural development in Guangxi; from the horizontal point of view, the spatial structure of Guangxi agricultural industrialization and the level of economic development of the city remain the same. There is a significant difference among regional development and the industrial agglomeration is not significant.Third, with low agricultural commodity rate, the agricultural production mode of Guangxi is still relatively backward, and its degree of industrialization is not high; the agricultural products processing industry developed slowly, and the added valuea of gricultural products is not high. It showed a significant positive correlation between agricultural machinery gross power per hectare, fertilizer consumption per hectare, rural electricity consumption per hectare, net income per capita of rural households and Guangxi agricultural GDP per hectare. It also showed a significant negative correlation between unit of agricultural output per hectare and the number of employees in the primary sector.Fourth, The amount of Guangxi pesticide application per hectare greatly exceeds the internationally recognized safety limit, which caused serious damage to the ecological environment, and affected the adjustment of agricultural productivity and agricultural structure.The author has put forward strategies to optimize Guangxi agricultural structure as follows:Leverage the "The Belt and Road Initiative" strategy, accelerate the pace of "going out" of agricultural products and speed up the industrialization of agriculture; optimizing the space structure and accelerate the regional distribution of agriculture; form spatial agglomeration effect, and accelerate the "four modernizations" integration, thus provide basis for the adjustment of agricultural structure; innovative driving factor, change agricultural development mode, innovation and finally achieve the transformation of agricultural structure; encourage public entrepreneurship and innovation,and liberate the rural surplus labor; develop ecological agriculture, and realize green high-yield and efficient production; adjust the structure of agricultural industry and improve the efficiency of agricultural economy...
