Core processes indentify and team construction are the two key problems of organization framework design. However, the structure rececntly have been brought forward are abstract, and are weak in application. Although there had been many people done reaserches on organization structure design, but when it comes to reaserches on process identifying and process modeling, it is not as much as we expected. Athough many mehtods have been brought forward to how to construct team, not only the maneuverability is low, but also lack the mensurable method to evaluate the performance of the team. The following works have been done in this thesis:Firstly, comparisons have been made among the methods which are appropriate to model the core processes.Secondly, a system of evalation index has been brought forward, and the mesurable mehtods have been given out at the same time. This supplies a goal for team constructing. In this thesis the basic principles for team constructing have also been dissertated.Thirdly, a alogrithem that use greed alogrithm and genetic algorithm to schedule resource has been brought forward to construct team, and proper improvement has been made on the genetic algorithm in order to get the best solution more quickly and effectively.Lastly, the algorithm has been actualized based on the .net platform, and a case has been made to validate the validity and feasibility of this algorithm.
