Evaluation On The Allocation Efficiency Of Financial Resources Of Science And Technology In Jiangxi Province

Research on the financial allocation efficiency of science and technology is the core content of research on science and technology finance. The higher technical efficiency of financial resource allocation is a necessary guarantee for the innovation of science and technology. Unreasonable and inefficient allocation of financial resources will hinder the progress of science and technology.Jiangxi province is located in the central region of China. The overall economic is underdevelopment. Compared with other central provinces, the level of science and technology is very low. The research on science and technology financial resources allocation efficiency of Jiangxi province can help to improve the rational layout of the province science and technology financial resources, change the mode of economic development, promote the rapid development of economy, and truly achieve the rise of Jiangxi province.This paper, studying on the allocation efficiency of science and technology financial resources of Jiangxi province is based on the enterprise life cycle theory. The paper starts with science and technology from the financial resources of science and technology in financial resources, venture capital, Loan of science and technology and technology capital market four important aspects of science and technology. By analysis of configuration characteristic of each kind of resources in the enterprise life cycle, and every technology of financial resources in the configuration of Jiangxi province; and based on the structural equation model, emphatically analyzes the allocation of financial resources and technology of loan of science and technology. The results show that the Jiangxi province science and technology financial resources to maturity over conservative, large enterprises; consistent configuration and life cycle theory of loan of science and technology; the development of venture capital and technology capital market in Jiangxi province is very backward, unable to effectively support the innovation activities of science and technology research and development to be.After the analysis of the main technology of financial resources in Jiangxi Province as the science and technology, financial resources and technology loans combined with venture capital and technology capital market integration, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the two paths.
